Customs

Chile has strict customs regulations, particularly in respect of the import of products of animal or vegetable origins, firearms, explosives, munitions and illicit substances, all of which you may not bring into the country. You will be asked to fill and sign a declaration upon arrival. Customs authorities are painstakingly thorough, particularly at border checks.
