About us and our contributors

The purpose of this website is to offer a clever and enlightening guide to Chile’s capital, Santiago. There are no commercial objectives or hidden agendas, just plain, streetwise and useful information to what this city has to offer. But part of the objective too, is to find better ways of keeping the information updated. There are new sections being added with time, and hopefully, we will be able to provide exactly what you needed to make your stay in Santiago memorable.

A primary concern for Santiago visitors is to have a good idea of what to see and what to do in this largely ‘inconspicuous’ city. We hope that his has been successfully tackled in our sightseeing sections. Other sections on art and entertainment will follow – we trust that you understand this is a slow process, and that completing the sections takes time. In the meantime, we welcome all comments, suggestions, criticism (particularly if constructive) and any other recommendations that you can send us on the email below.

Of course, this website is made by humans and errors are likely to arise from time to time. Please, do take the time to bring them to our attention on the email address above.

Last but not least, we would like to thank all the contributors who have supplied contents (particularly photographs) to this website. Here is some further information about the talented people who have contributed with this website:
